At the Squadron

We, at the squadron, will ALWAYS understand if ANY cadet wishes to take less responsibility or time off due to mental health reasons. We are here to help you and will never judge.

The cadet program should not be negatively affecting your health or well-being, so please talk to a staff member if you have negative emotions relating to anything within the program. We will drop whatever we are doing to talk about it.

The Cadet Program has created the PHASE program (Promoting Healthy and Safe Experiences) to provide cadets with training on how to spot common youth-facing problems, and to provide them with a toolset to tackle it. This training occurs a few times throughout the year on training nights.
