Our mission at 803 North Shore Sabre Squadron is to provide an enriching, unheard-of, fair and safe experience. The goal is to prepare cadets to become the future leaders of tomorrow full of ambition and talent. Our squadron will be there to help the community and create partnerships with various organizations. 

These objectives will be achieved by:

• Providing leadership opportunities for cadets,

• Offering experience opportunities according to the interests of cadets,

• Participating in community events, and

• Increasing the number and quality of complementary activities.
